I am a warmhearted, life experienced, physically and spiritually active man who appreciate nature and everything else that is divine and beautiful, and I have been practicing yoga for many years.
My body and soul are both a lot younger than my physical age. I am physically fit like an average 30 year old and I have always had partners considerably younger than myself.
On my CV I have two long relationships, 7 and 16 years, so I'm not a person who is just playing around.
I lead a healthy and active life, don't smoke, don't gamble, hardly ever drink alcohol or use pharmaceuticals. I enjoy bicycle rides, and go just about everywhere in town by bike.
I regularly play badminton, and love all racket sports, biljards, volleyball and basically any activity
connected to physical activity or nature.
I love to dance, I have tried singing in a choir, I sometimes go to see live music (blues, rock, folk music, gospel).
My greatest passion the last 10 years has been yoga and self-development, and navigating through life in a healthy and spiritually integrated way.
I live in Helsingborg, Sweden, where I spend my time in Samadhi Spa giving therapy to clients suffering from physical, mental or emotional stress. I also run Honeymoon Seaview Apartment which I rent out to tourists and business people visiting Helsingborg.

I really hope that you are this woman with whom I can have a soul-to-soul connection, and build a relationship based on true love. I would like to laugh with you, share experiences, and get to know all the shades of your soul.
In yoga we talk about Shiva, the masculine, and Shakti, the feminine divine aspects:
Shiva – the supreme masculine consciousness
constant, firm, durable, has the capacity to be lucid, to control, be dynamic and take spontaneous decisions, have self-discipline, self-awareness.
Shakti – the supreme creative energy
full of energy, a force of nature, strength/power, has the capacity to be receptive, creative, constantly moving, changing
and I do believe in the saying:
“Shiva without shakti is shava, a stiff and powerless corpse.”
“Shakti without Shiva is kalila, meaningless existence, confusion, chaos, Kachakulam, upheaval of values, and maya, illusion, disorder, uncertainty.”
